Our aim is to bring health and fitness to light in the community of Princess Anne, Pocomoke, Crisfield and all surrounding areas. We want to provide a way for each of our members to reach their goals!

Starting in 2022, Power of Will Gym was formed by Hunter and Tara Diskin. They had taken over an existing gym that was a female-only gym. Since opening, Hunter and Tara have opened it up to both male and female members and have added more equipment.

Some newer equipment includes additional cardio machines, featuring a row machine, plus additional and heavier free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells and plates. They have also introduced a chest bench, squat rack/rig and a deadlifting platform.
